We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Dr Louise Jordan, who passed away peacefully on 23rd December 2023.
The practice will be providing a condolences book for patients to write in if they so wish. We know Dr Jordan was a very large part of the community she
served for so many years.
We remember Dr Jordan for her caring and kind nature.
Our thoughts are with Dr Jordan’s Family.
Dr Jordan’s wish was for any donations to be donated to the Kevin Sinfield 7 in 7 in 7 MND charity or Helen’s Trust.
